I was looking for a tea set for brewing Gyokuro,sencha tea. It is good for flat shape because I observe tea leaves. A Shiboridashi and a Houhin/宝瓶 are deep depth. Today,I will try to brew sencha tea with my flat Gaiwan.^^.
Suusan, is Mr. Ryu japanese teamaster who make taiwanese oolong?
