Fermented tea

 I went to make Shizuoka type new fermented tea at Kawane, Shisuoka.
 
 
Tea leaves were used Sayama-kaori.
Making steps were withering, fixation, rolling and firing.
 
 
 Taste likes Pouchong tea, light fermented tea.
Color was green.
