New year tea !!

Today, I had 2013, new year tea !!
This sencha tea was blended Yamano-Ibuki and  Saemidori.
made by Moriuchi tea estate in Uchimaki, Shizuoka.
I felt fresh green balmy wind.

    lovely! just curious- how do you heat your water? do you use an electric kettle set to a certain temperature, or a kettle on a heat source such as a stove?

    Every day, I boili hot water with the T-fala,electric kettle.
