Japanese black teas have the characteristic taste.
This tea also has it.
I think this taste is good and only Japanese tea.

Sencha tea

I got clear spirit of the tea !!

I joined the tea party of Tsuchiya tea estate at Kawane, Shizuoka

Tsuchiya tea estate produces only sencha tea

Kawane is a big producing district in Shizuoka

I had sencha tea

with sipping style

At last, tea leaves was eaten with salt or wasabi-miso

Kawane is located in mountain area

besided Ooi river

Sencha tea made by Tsutiya tea estate

I think about how brewing sencha tea without Kyusu or teapot

To get fighting spirit

I put tea leaves in tea wear and pour cool water

and sip tea extract
like Gyokuro

The tea had flower scent and very fresh !!

Geminids with Rock tea

Last night, I went to Kawane, Shizuoka

to watch Geminids
with ShuiShein Rock Tea and dried persimmons

Geminids streamed soft and slow like snow

A cup of hot rock tea well

 The roasted tea was made from little fermented tea

Iced sencha tea !!

New Year Tea !!

I got New Year sencha tea of Mr.Suzuki from Kawane, Shizuoka.

This tea was Okuhikari.

He said that Okuhikari was bitter.

I felt not bitter, but very balmy.

Fermented tea

 I went to make Shizuoka type new fermented tea at Kawane, Shisuoka.

 

 

Tea leaves were used Sayama-kaori.
Making steps were withering, fixation, rolling and firing.

 

 

 Taste likes Pouchong tea, light fermented tea.

Color was green.

Wakocha

This Wakocha, Japanese black tea, was made by Mr.Masui,
 at Kawane, Shizuoka.
I got high scent.
And the cloth was made by cafe, Ren, in Kawane.
