I got 巴達古樹紅茶, ba da gu shu black tea 2010  from my tea friend
I brewed the tea several times,

I can not feel the goodness of the tea
I can not feel the taste

But I felt good scent

While I felt good 漫撒生態紅茶, Man sa sheng tai black tea 2014
I may only understand familiar taste

Puer tea

I had puer tea of new year tea.

 

 

I bought this tea at Shunpo-Shungetsu/春風秋月.

 

 

 

This tea was good !!

I went to Shizuoka for watching my son's highschool baseball game.

At Nakai parking in Tomei highway at four AM.

I had rest with puer tea.

It was a storm wind today and the game was won.
On the way home ,I had the second puer tea at Fujigawa parking.

At Nakai parking in Tomei highway,I had rest and puer tea of Ryokuen.

Puer egg

I trid making puer egg.

Boil four eggs for 10 minutes to boiled egg.

Do not strip shells.
Put the crack in the eggs but do not break or fall off.

Boil the eggs with pu'er leaves and 2 anise seeds at low heat for 30min.

Pu'er leaves were used leaves.

Down fire and rest one night.
Next morning,peel shells.

I can make well to like spider web.

Hatsumoude/初詣

New Year's visit to a shrine /初詣.

I went to Kunouzan Toshougu/久能山東照宮,Shizioka.

I climed up 1,000 step.

I could see the sea and clear off my tiredness.

I had a cup of amazake/甘酒 at shrine approach way.

So sweat and hot.

On the way home,I had puer tea at Ebina /海老名 in Tomei highway.

On Christmas Eve,I went to Shizuoka.

Starting in the dark morning,I got to Mt.Fuji/富士山 predawn.

I had puer tea bought by Ryokuen.

And the second puer tea at Yui Parking.

I got sunrise.
