Have a happy new year 2012
I hope you will have a great year
I celebrate new year with Daifuku cha/大福茶.
This sencha called Mine/峰 and made from Shibakiri tea farm/しばきり園 at Shizuoka.
Two teaspoons of tea leaves were brewed by 30ml water at 40°C ,1min.
The taste clear and sweet.
