Pu' er tea party

This post fermented pu'er tea were all made by hand
Also Rolling !!
 Making post fermented tea leaves needs a large mount of tea leaves
in order to fermentation
Because I gave up a little bit of tea leaves at Shibamoto,
 I can not image hand rolling 120kg/day fresh leaves

It was advantage of hand rolling that tea leaves had elasticity
So, tea leaves were aerobic fermentation
