Houji-cha/ roasted tea

This roasted tea was made by Chabobo tea estate at Kasuga, Gifu.
The tea leaves were native.
I like that the tea farm grow thick and wild.
I want to have pan fried tea of this tea leaves.

At Kesennuma

I went to temporary dwellings in Kesennuma.
To help body massage for victims by Great East Earthquake.
 
My work was front desk for massage.
Before and after massage, I served roast tea.
 
 
 
The road to recovery is a long.

Houji-cha milk tea

I had Houji-cha milk tea with my family.
I roast sencha leaves of Kubota tea estate in Tsukigase,Nara.

Houji-cha

Houji-cha is the drink of non caffein.
So,I have every day.

Houji-cha

Houji-cha is easy to brew.
Hojicha, use twice the amount of green tea leaves.
And the tea is brew at 100℃.

Houji-cha

I had roasted tea ,called Bou-Cha /棒茶.
This leaves were made from Kuki-cha, green tea.
It were like sticks.
The tea was made by Maruhachi tea factory from Kaga/加賀,Ishikawa.
The taste was soft and the flavor was deep.

Houji-cha milk tea

In afternoon,I had Houji-cha milk tea.
I roasted leaves of Yamatocha/大和茶 from Nara.
With the Houroku roaster,about 3min.
The tea tree stems are used.
