Today, I was very tired.

So, I had milk tea of Oboro tea that made by Kuma tea estate.

With sugar and Wu-Xiang fen.

I had a cup of milk tea.

Tea leaves were made by Mr.Sano in Umegashima, Shizuoka.

The taste was very rich.

I had milk tea of Yesterday's Benihikari.

As I thought,this tea was good for milk.

Comparison of milks

 I compared two milks of tea.

The left was named Yotsuba, Holstein, 120 ℃ 2 seconds as sterilization , 3.7% milk fat.
The right was named Nirayama, Jersey,130 ℃ 2 seconds as sterilization ,  4.2%milk fat.
  The tea leaves were Kimon tea by Takeuchi tea estate in Makinohara.

I felt  more the scent of tea leaves in Yotsuba (Holstein) than Nirayama (Jersey).
As Nirayama (Jersey) is good taste itself ,the taste was matched tea with milk.

So,Both milks were good.

Wakocha and nuts.
The coating of nuts contain tea leaves.
This tea is called Ki-mon tea/紀文紅茶 by Takeuchi tea estate in Makinohara,Shizuoka.

Bancha

It became cool and it was near Autumn.
I had a cup of milk tea of Bancha.

 

 

 The tea leaves were used for stems.
The stems were matured for three years.
I bought the tea at Tafu-koushun-en/向布春向園.

Tea party at Makinohara /牧之原

I had the tea party of Takeuchi tea estate at Makinohara,Shizuoka.
I brewed milk tea of Kimon tea/紀文紅茶.

I had sencha tea of Katou tea estate.
This tea was so clear scent.

The tea party was community-based.

It was done at Saimyou temple/最明寺.

Spring has came today.
I had milk tea of Kibun tea /紀文紅茶 by Takeuchi tea estate.

Houji-cha milk tea

I had Houji-cha milk tea with my family.
I roast sencha leaves of Kubota tea estate in Tsukigase,Nara.

Houji-cha milk tea

In afternoon,I had Houji-cha milk tea.

I roasted leaves of Yamatocha/大和茶 from Nara.

With the Houroku roaster,about 3min.

The tea tree stems are used.



Hojicha milk tea

I made Hojicha milk tea.

The tea brewed with leaves that made from Wasabiya tea farm and I roasted  ,yesterday.

By the same way of royal milk rea.
