I joined making tea from wilting

He is very powerful and talkactive

When he face to tea leaves, he become another person

This year, I am going to make his oolong tea

  I joined to make Oolong tea

with Mr.Watanabe

at Mariko, Shizuoka

tea leaves are Saemidori ( left ) and Yamonoibuki ( right )

I felt that Saemidori was sweet and frankincense

while, Yamanoibuki was green laver

He tried to make with young shoots

So, this tea was brewed with low templeture water

Mr.Niroku supported us to midnight

 and prepared　a lot of delicious food

About six months ago

Right was Saemidori, flower scent became deep

Left was Benifuuki, umm…

Watanabe said that the water located in the core of tea leaf immediately after making

and the water moved over the tea leaf

Let's try Oolong tea in this year !!

but we could not the moon

tung ting oolong tea, Shibamoto tea, sencha tea, pu'er tea and more…

My son purchased the oolong tea ( left ) at the Farmer's market

The tea was made by Uno tea estate, Haruno, Tenryuu, Shizuoka

Tenryuu river locate at west Shizuoka

It is far from Abe river (Umegashima)

Uno met oolong tea at Taiwan

Then he started to make oolong tea

Tea leaves were secret

I compaired with Spring Seasons tea from Taiwan (right)

But the tea was too hard roasted

While, Uno's tea was too raw

I like the raw taste

Shibamoto made tea leaves with nunny goat named Sakura

Sakura eat the grass of tea farm

and her feces are used as compost

Today, I brewed the tea for me

I felt this oolong tea as green tea

while I felt flower scent

I could not felt flower at the time brewing for my friends

I tried brewed in glass pot and pottery pot

In any way, all components need to be extracted,

otherwise only greenish taste and roasted scent are appeared

I am going to keep this tea leaves more

It may become good tea

But, tea leaves still greenish

I had Oolong tea by Mr.Fumoto

and compaired hardness of tea leaves

Left was hard and right was soft

Tea leaves, after brewed, were smelled like flower

I expect that the scent get on a cup of tea

I am looking foward to the next year !!

The first that I brewed eary was felt Japanese green tea

And tea leaves smelled strong frankinsence

The second got frankinsence and sweet
I like the second

I am looking forward to the next year of Mr.Suzuki's tea !!
