Yabu Yagi charcoal roasted Oolong tea

 made by Shibamoto at Makinohara, Shizuoka

Tea leaves are Yabukita

with nunny farming method

and charcoal roasted at the new year party

I tried brewed in glass pot and pottery pot

In any way, all components need to be extracted,

otherwise only greenish taste and roasted scent are appeared

I am going to keep this tea leaves more

It may become good tea

 My tea friend brought in and Shibamoto roasted
at the new year tea party 

Shibamoto roasted hard

But, tea leaves still greenish

The first was mixed green and roasted scent

This roasted green tea was gave from Yokohama tea port town party at last week.

Houji-cha

I had roasted tea ,called Bou-Cha /棒茶.

This leaves were made from Kuki-cha, green tea.

It were like sticks.

The tea was made by Maruhachi tea factory from Kaga/加賀,Ishikawa.

The taste was soft and the flavor was deep.
