Bancha

It became cool and it was near Autumn.
I had a cup of milk tea of Bancha.
 
 
 The tea leaves were used for stems.
The stems were matured for three years.
I bought the tea at Tafu-koushun-en/向布春向園.

2011-12-12

Oolong tea

I tried to roast oolong rea.
Before,I had a cup of non-roast tea.
The leaves were dong ding oolong/凍頂烏龍茶.
The tea bought by Mugachakan/無我茶館 at Osaka.
The taste was very fruity and the smell were so aweet.
Too good for tea, I could not roast it.
