Sencha tea

I brewed sencha tea without Kyusu, Japanese tea pot

I put the tea leaves in a tea cup

and poured water at room tempreture

Then, we sipped tea 

We had tea essence

She touched the tea leaves

and said that it was very soft !!

 I didn't have that idea
Tea leaves was Iori by Suieien

 We had dinner with pu'er tea

While I brew tea with Kyusu, Japanese tea pot

I like Banko Kyusu

I felt more Umami, taste of amino acid, in Yutaka than Iori

and felt blue sky and green wind from both

  

Now, I think about to get spirit of tea

I select Iori, because Iori have little Umami

And I am going to bring the mind

laurels and capsicums

I went to Suisei tea estate at Ryokouchi, Shizuoka

 

To think about brewing sencha tea without teapot

like Gyokuro

The First tea was the prized tea

But I felt lave

I want to fresh and clear

Then, I chose the one below of the tea than it

The tea may be felt blue sky and green wind of Ryokouchi

Houkou-en at Ryokouchi

At Ryokouchi, I also visited to Houkou-en, tea estate

I had sencha tea, Yumesuruga

It was gentle taste

I like beautiful green of sencha-tea

Feature of Houkou-en is tea leaves which like needle

The tea estate located on the steep slopes of the mountain
And look over there, it is Mt.Fuji

Ryokouchi

I joined to the tea party, Yesterday

of Suisei-en, the tea estate, at Ryokouchi, Shizuoka

I had sencha tea, Suisei, Today
I felt woody
 

Beautiful green (^^)

Tea leaves were shiny and dark green

   The tea party !!

 Tea pot, pot, pot and cup, cup and cup

  Oden, potetos, radishes and konjaks

Thank you for all !!

Sencha tea

This sencha tea made from Houkouen / 豊好園 at Shizuoka.

The taste was so sweet.

The leaves are Yabukita at 2005.
