I made green tea with fragrant plum blossoms.
Roubai: 蝋梅 flowers were used.
Lovely soft flower scent

I picked up tea leaves with Mr.Shibamoto
at Makinohara, Shizuoka
Tea leaves were Shizu7132
,which was smelled like leaves of cherry

This my tea also felt cherry leaves

Making green tea at Nishimata

 

 I made green tea

from Autumn tea leaves

 at Nishimata, Shizuoka

 I picked up tea leaves, native, Saemidori and N35

N35 is original species of this tea farm

Tea leaves were wilted about 6hours

 I want to get scent

 And I fried tea leaves with my pan

Bancha tea

This is bancha tea / 番茶 ,called Bunbuku kamacha/ぶくぶく釜茶.

By Moriuchi tea farm.

The leaved were picke at the autmun and drying with pan.

I can drink the tea every day.

In this morning , I had klin-dried tea made from Takeo/武雄 ,Saga.

I bought 800 for eat at Omotesando,Tokyo.

This tea was deep and good.

The dry leaves was deep green.

Today , I had Kamairi cha called Riguri mountain tea / りぐり茶.

The tea made from Kunitomo farm at Kouchi , Shikoku.

Kiln-dried tea is Japanese green tea.

Sencha tea steam leaves , where kiln-dried tea roast with the pan.
Kunitomo farm cultivate in natural environment.

This tea was great flavor.

The leaves pick by hands.

Gyokuro 玉露

                      I went to the event of agriculture from Kyushu.
                     Then , I had Gyokuro tea , which was made by Hoshino at Yame, 八女 , Fukuoka.
                     The first impression was sipping tea drank in style and tasting sweet.

                    This Sencha bought by Ochanomizu University.
                    The tea leaf is from Kagoshima.                  

Ureshino

                     This tea is called Ureshino , 嬉野 , from Saga,Japan.

Turezure

                     a cup of sencha tea called Turezure by Kanbayashi.
