Today, I also had a cup of new tear tea.
This tea was made from Wazuka, Kyoto.

Bancha tea

Bancha tea is the most favorite tea.

I got this tea from Cha-en at Juso, Hyogo.

 

 

The kyo-ban-cha/京番茶 was made from Kyoto.
Tea leaves look like fallen leaves.

Sencha tea

This sencha tea is called "Ujihikari" .
It was made from Kyoto.
I felt various sounds at high tempreture.

Bancha tea

In Summer, I like Bancha tea.
This tea was calles Iribancha that made by Ippo-do in Kyoto.
The scent was smoky.

 

 

Tea leaves like fallen leaves.

 

 

Last year, I went to Uji, Kyoto for Bancha tea.
 After the first tea picking at spring,

Bancha tea leaves were collected from the lower portions of the tea plant .
And these leaves were steamed, dried.

And fried by big pan.

And fried stems that called Bone.

 

 

The lesft was leaves and the right was bones.

These  leaves and bones were mixed.

Cherry cherry cherry !

On the way home , I got cherry trees.
To my surprise, the house had cut cherry trees.

I arranged cherry blossoms with Matcha tea.

I got this bamboo vase at Umegashima/梅が島.

This tea pot ,the lid had broken.
It can be reused as flower vase !

It was warm today.
In Tokyo,the cherry blossoms were in bloom at once.
I picked up flowers.
This matcha was made by Ippodo in Kyoto.

This sencha tea made from Kanemata / かねまた at Uji/宇治, Kyoto.

The leaves are native and the tea tree raised from seed.

The bancha tea /番茶 was called Iri Bancha made from Kyoto.
By Ippodo / 一保堂.

We had sencha tea called Shan / しゃん.

The tea made from Shizuoka,from Kagoshima,from Kyoto and from Fukuoka.

I got a delicious tea is brewed.

Bancha tea

This is Bancha tea / 番茶.

It is called Iribancha / いり番茶 that made from Ippodo / 一保堂 at Kyoto.

The smell of the dry leaves is very  smoky , but the tea is very good taste.

The bancha is the lowest price in the Ippodo.

Bancha is the most love.

There are the bancha leaves.

The leaves are elongated branches and leaves were harvested after Gyokuro.

Then dry and roast.

SIZUKU 雫

This is called SIZUKU , 雫 which is sencha tea from Kyoto Minami Yamasiro Village, 南山城村.
Rukoku unversity made.
This tea is clear green ,because tea leaf was coated by tea powder.
University student , do your best !!
