Mariko tea factory

I went to have wakocha ,Japanese black tea ,to Mariko Tea Factory in Shizuoka.
In Shizuoka ,it is high season for making black tea.
The leaves of Taiwanese species was withering for Oolong tea.

I had this season's fresh teas.
All tea leaves were made by Benifuuki ,紅富貴.

During  withering ,we had dinner that clams ,tomatos ,ginger and chiken.

In the night, tea leaves fire at this drum.

It was immediately after rolling.

I did not feel unfavorable taste.

The scent was so sweet and milky.

This is the tea master , Mr.Niroku,二六.

Wakocha

I had Wakocha that made by Moriuchi tea estate in Uchimaki,Shizuoka.

This tea leaves are called Koshun/香駿.



This tea did not have bad factors.
And I felt mild.

Ochaduke/お茶漬け

I had Ochaduke with cold Oolong tea.
I put dried whitebaits ,cucumbers ,green perillas ,sesame and a pickled Japanese apricot on cold rice.

This Oolong tea was made by Moriuchi tea estate.
So good !

Wakocha

Today, I bought the tea cup.
This pottery was made by Okinawa,Japan.
The part of putting lip was so fit with my lip.

The tea was made by Takeuchi tea estate.

Ochaduke/お茶漬け

I tried strange Ochaduke.

I put a manju ,a bun with bean-jam filling, on  rice and soaked Wakocha.

Wakocha is Japanese black tea.

Japanese does not put sweets on rice.

and does not soak with black tea on rice.

Generally, Japanese put spicy food on rice and soak with sencha, houjicha or bancha.

The taste was surprisingly good.

I think that wakocha may match with rice.

This wakocha was made by Takeuchi tea estate.

The tea party

I joined the tea party of "Gancha-bou/岩茶房".
Today, I had Wakocha made by Okinawa ,cha wai cha /虫糞茶 ,Gun powder /珠茶 ,zhu-ye-jing /竹叶青 and Ye Lai Xiang /夜来香.

New year tea

I had new year tea that made by Shibakiri tea estate/しばきり園 in Shimizu,Shizuoka.

The other day,I went to the tea party of Shibakiri T.E.

This tea was brewed easy and the taste was good.
I can use daily.

Nodate / 野点

I had Nodate with a cup of matcha at Oshima in Kesennuma,Miyagi.

I climbed Mt.Kameyama,Oshima.

At Great East Japan Earthquate ,it occured fire disaster in Kesennuma.

The fire went over the sea and reached to Oshima island.

At Oshima island, the forest fired.

However the mushroom had great life force.

I like the nature of Oshima island.

And I had the tea party with my freiend at Kesennuma.

Teas were Phoenix Oolong Ye Lai Xiang/鳳凰単叢夜来香,Phoenix Oolong Fang Hong 鳳凰単叢東方紅,Wu-yi rock tea /the Da Hong Pao /大紅袍 and 2010 Phoenix Oolong /鳳凰単叢.

New year tea

I had new year tea of Sansuien/山水園 in Tochizawa ,Shizuoka.
I bought at the tea party.

I heard that it did not frost before tea picking.
Then ,this year tea leaves grew obediently.

The "旬" means best season.
Now, new year tea ,Shincha, is the best season.
