New Year Tea !!

I had new year tea,

Chinese pan fried tea, Meng Ding Gan Lu/蒙頂甘露.

The taste was very very well !!
I felt spring wind. 

 Beautiful leaves !!

 

I bought this tea by Shunpu-Shungetsu.
Thank you.

Oolong tea

Oolong tea from Taiwan

Named "Banshou/番庄-Oolong tea"

 I heard that this tea was made for exporting.

 

 I felt that the taste was strong for fire.

The tea party

I joined the tea party of "Yamagiri no Kaori".
We examined whether jumping is required?
Three types of hot water were prepared.

1) At 85 Celsius, small little bubbles.
2) At 95 Celsius, lots of big bubbles.
3) At 95-100 Celsius, it continued to boil for 2 minutes.

 

Furthermore, we compared the taste of the glass pot and the silver pot.

 

Tea leaves of 2) were the most open.
We observed jumping at 2).
We felt that 1) was mild,
2) was the best but felt green leaves,
3) was bitter.
 And the glass pot was more good than the silver pot.

 

 

And my fiend offered many chinese teas.

Lunch time

I had Chinese lunch with my friends.
Before ,  I learned about Chinese black tea ,
 Lapsang souchong/正山小種 and Keemun  /祁門紅茶.

Nodate / 野点

I had Nodate with a cup of matcha at Oshima in Kesennuma,Miyagi.

I climbed Mt.Kameyama,Oshima.

At Great East Japan Earthquate ,it occured fire disaster in Kesennuma.

The fire went over the sea and reached to Oshima island.

At Oshima island, the forest fired.

However the mushroom had great life force.

I like the nature of Oshima island.

And I had the tea party with my freiend at Kesennuma.

Teas were Phoenix Oolong Ye Lai Xiang/鳳凰単叢夜来香,Phoenix Oolong Fang Hong 鳳凰単叢東方紅,Wu-yi rock tea /the Da Hong Pao /大紅袍 and 2010 Phoenix Oolong /鳳凰単叢.

Tea party with Rock essence tea

I took part the tea party of Mr.Kodomari with Rock essence teas.
My best was ShuiShein/水仙.

Sun-moon lake tea

The chinese black tea called Sun-moon lake tea /日月潭.

The taste was very deep.

I like the tea.

Oolong tea

I went to Shizuoka by the bus.

While I waiting for the bus, I drop in the chinese cafe,fu-cha.

I had rock tea ,MeiZhan/梅占 from WUKI.

The smell cure my headache.

And I was fine.

chinese black tea

I had chinese black tea called Sun-moon lake tea /日月潭.

The taste was very deep.

The third was the best.

The tea was bought by Mugachakan at Osaka.

The specialty tea.

Pu'er cha

                     Typhoon has went.
                     It was biue sky on a cup of Pu'er cha.
                     This tea was purchased from Mugachakan  , 無我茶館.
