The tea party by Ochauke-ya

I joined the tea party of Ochauke-ya.

Four farmers came from Shizuoka.

 

 

 

Takeuchi tea estate

I had sencha and Wakocha .

 

 

 

Maruhi Suzuki tea estate/マルヒ鈴木製茶

Fukamushi sencha , Oolong tea and Wakocha.

 

 

 

Muramatsu tea estate

Fukamushi sencha is stopping fresh leaves by deep steam .

And brown rice tea/玄米茶.

 

 

 Sansui tea estate

Sencha tea with Gaiwan.
And roasted tea.

Sweet poteto and Sencha tea

Today, I had poteto.

I like sweet poteto that called Daigaku-Imo/大学芋.

Daigaku-Imo is made by frying and dipping with syrup.

This sencha tea was made by Takanashi tea estate,Kanagawa.

 

 

I bought poteto the shop in the neighborhood.

 

 

The shop,Imo-ya/いも哉 , sell three types poteto cakes.

From left,Imo-kenpi ,Daigaku-imo and sweet poteto.

New year tea

New year tea package of Ochauke-ya
The second tea was "Tecchane tea estate".
This fukamushi tea was so deep and mild.
The scent was clear.

The leaves were shine and smooth.

New year tea Ochaduke

I had Ochaduke for the lunch.
Fill rice the bowl and  put tea leaves and pickled ume.
Tea leaves were used of Takeuchi tea eastate.
The taste was so clear.

New year tea

Today, I had a cup of tea of Takeuchi tea estate/ 竹内茶農園 in Makinohara,Shizuoka.

I had sencha of Takeuchi T.E. for the first time.

So far,I had black tea.

This Fukamushi tea was great !

The balance of sweet and bitter was so good.

Sorry, this tea is not Fukamushi.The leaves were processed coarse and soft.
I had such the tea the first !

I bought by Ochauke-ya.

This tea was one of "Forefront of new teas".
In May, I will receive new year tea from south to mountain of Shizuoka.
