Houji-cha with lemon grass

I had roasted tea with lemon grass.

Roasting sencha with Houroku roaster.

Brewing with lemon grass.

Sencha and lemon grass was matched well. 

Hojicha milk tea

I made Hojicha milk tea.

The tea brewed with leaves that made from Wasabiya tea farm and I roasted  ,yesterday.

By the same way of royal milk rea.

I had Hojicha.

Tea leaves are made from Wasabiya tea farm at Kanagawa.

I roasted leaves with Houroku.

Today,I brewed Hojicha/焙じ茶.

I was firing the tee tree stems with Houroku/ほうろく.

The roasted tea leaves.

The smell is so good.



High school baseball game

I went to watch the baseball game.
My friend's kid had a lot of toys that was Astroswitches of Kamen rider forze.

I had a curry for lunch by the opponent team mothers.

It is cold day,I had hodjicha/焙じ茶 family feeling.
