Shizu 7132 is a name of plant varieties
That's sencha tea have scent like cherry leaves

 This tea leaves was a banana that I think it not good

Also a cup of tea was a banana

White tea at 28, Nov,2014 is better than this tea

I like the soft and warm tea, which I feel body tempreture
 Recentry, it is the pan fried tea by Shibamoto
I felt the tempreture in this tea
And I like the tea (^ ^)
 

While, I got the organic 寿眉 2013 from my tea friend
I felt that my friend's tea was a little fermentation
Although it was good, I can not feel the tempreture

Since I had continued to have many teas during New year days , I am happy

Pu'er black tea

I got 巴達古樹紅茶, ba da gu shu black tea 2010  from my tea friend
I brewed the tea several times,

I can not feel the goodness of the tea
I can not feel the taste

But I felt good scent

While I felt good 漫撒生態紅茶, Man sa sheng tai black tea 2014
I may only understand familiar taste

Dried sweet potatoes

Last month, I joined to make dried sweet potatoes at Akiyama tea estate
I got the potatoes (#^^#)

With sencha tea

Inzatsu 131, 印雑131

The first, I brewed low temreture

There is clear flower scent but not Umami, heavy sweet taste

Inzatsu131's mother is Maniply5, Assam line

and is the mother of Sofu ( 蒼風) and Fujikaori ( 藤かおり)

I went to Shirohige shrine at Umegashima
I prayed for new tear tea

It was full stars of sky
in spite of rain until just before the new year
And I saw the first shooting star

I got a souvenir tea from Okamoto

Okamoto said
 The local people buy it for Chai

At the shop, hundreds cups Chai are sold per day

Assam tea is necessity, because it can be cheaply mass supply

He saw that a woman buy 20kg of tea leaves
 

I felt the taste of tea came front as boiled with milk
While I felt flat as brewed straight at the end of year tea party

Pan fried tea by Shibamoto

 

 Kabosu marmalade with pan fried tea

Kabosu is citrus fruit

Marmalade was so sour that it matched well with tea

Shibamoto work in welfare facility, because farming is hard regarding money

But, I think that it is good a tea master has the other work

The marmalade was made by there

Dried sweet potato

 The other day, I joined to make dried sweet potatoes

At Akiyama tea estate, Fuji, Shizuoka

The first, sweet potatoes were steamed for 4hours

Steamed potatoes !!

 Potatoes were peeled

It was hard to peel because potatoes were very bumpy

Grandma said that it like Gaudi's architecture

 Granpa said I am brain surgeon

 And these potatoes were dried under the sun by granddaughters

Now, napa cabbages and radishes were dried

Okumidori, sencha tea, hand picking

Pu'er tea

  Sorry, I brewed pu'er tea with Andrzej's shiboridashi as a gaiwan

The soil of the tea wear was rough

Then, I felt that it may match well high temperature

than low temperature like sencha tea

Pu'er tea became milld even though I felt bitter with a gaiwan
