Ochaduke/お茶漬け

I had Ochaduke with cold Oolong tea.
I put dried whitebaits ,cucumbers ,green perillas ,sesame and a pickled Japanese apricot on cold rice.

This Oolong tea was made by Moriuchi tea estate.
So good !
