I had milk tea of Yesterday's Benihikari.

As I thought,this tea was good for milk.

 My tea friends came up from Kyushu.
This Japanese sweet is called Warabi-mochi/わらび餅 by Furyu.
This tea is made in Kagoshima by Kureha.

 

And this sweets is called Kintsuba by Fryuu.
Kintsuba is made from red beans/azuki.

The Restaurant, IVY PLACE

I went to have a cup of tea to the restaurant,IVY PLACE at Daikanyama,Tokyo.

This Wakocha was called Beniogata from Kagoshima.

The taste like Darjeeling tea.

I had sencha of Wasabiya tea farm,every day.

Boucha is easy to brew.

In this morning,I had sencha tea of Wasabiya tea farm/わさびや茶園.

The tea leaves are made with tea tree stems that called stick tea/棒茶.

Brewing temperature is high at 90° and time is 1-2min.

So, it is easy to brew.

This tea called Minami Satsuma / 南薩摩.

It mede from Kagoshima which is warm and the sun is shining.

Tast was very deep and flavor was good.

The leaves was very good smell.
